Units will range from $2 million to $5.2 million with penthouses going for up to $25 million, the Miami Herald reported. The price per square foot will average $1,400, Grosskopf told the Herald. Developers will open a temporary sales center at 17070 Collins Avenue in mid-January. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. will manage the property and monthly condo fees have yet to be determined.
