1010 Brickell is the newest kid on the Brickell Avenue block. Designed by Sieger Suarez, the project by Key International and 13th Floor Investments will be a 47-story, 352-unit building, according to 1010-brickell.com. The units, all facing East and West, will have 9’3″ ceilings, balconies and summer kitchens.
