DEZER PLATINUM REALTY
I (Lucrecia Lindemann) am the Vice President of Sales for Dezer Platinum Realty which is owned by Dezer Development headquartered in Sunny Isles Beach Florida.
Dezer Development Team
The renowned father and son team of Michael and Gil Dezer own 27 acres of prime oceanfront property in Sunny Isles Beach.
The Dezers started buying oceanfront hotel properties in 1995, and are credited as major players in the rebirth of Sunny Isles Beach. In addition to their Miami Beach properties, the Dezers' New York holdings encompass more than twenty properties including the Simon Dezer Building on Fifth Avenue, the Dezerland, the Chelsea Antiques Building, The Chelsea Design Center and the Chelsea Arts Forum over one million square feet of loft office space in the trendy Chelsea neighborhood.
Dezer Properties is a full service real estate company that owns and manages commercial properties in the Chelsea area of Manhattan. Michael Dezer, the company's founder, was a real estate visionary in the Chelsea area in the early 1970's, purchasing numerous properties at a time when the buildings were occupied by industrial and manufacturing tenants.
Today the portfolio boasts holdings which include 20 commercial buildings and numerous commercial co-ops. Dezer Properties' New York portfolio is the largest of its kind in Chelsea and currently encompasses more than 1.3 million square feet of rental space.
Dezer Properties has 450 commercial tenants and handles all property management operations, including leasing, in-house. Construction, maintenance, leasing and accounting functions are all handled by an experienced team of Dezer executives, many of whom have been with the company for over 10 years.
Dezer Properties owns all of the buildings under management so the company is extremely tenant oriented and responding to tenant needs is the company's main priority. Since Dezer Properties is not a managing agent, but a property owner, they are able to act quickly and knowledgeably regarding leasing, renovations and tenant requests. The company's efficient hands-on approach to property management leads to considerable savings for Dezer tenants and gives tenants the added confidence of knowing that they are dealing directly with the property owner.
The Dezer Vision migrated south to Miami Beach in 1985, where today the company owns hotel properties that represent over 25 oceanfront acres in the city of Sunny Isles Beach. Dezer Hotels owns and manages 1,000 hotel rooms that offer beachfront accommodations at reasonable rates.
Dezer Development joined forces with Donald Trump in 2003 to create Trump Grande Ocean Resort and Residences, a spectacular 3 phase development including a luxury condominium hotel, as well as two condominium residence towers. Recently Dezer Development, in partnership with The Related Group of Florida, began developing another 3 building complex that will span a 900 foot oceanfront stretch and will offer over 1,000 residential units.
